Is it free to create an account?
Yes, creating a standard account on THVAX is completely free. With a registered account, you can discover mods, share videos, and engage with the community. Only specific premium tiers require payment.
I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive it within minutes.
Can I login with Google?
Yes. You can use the "Sign in with Google" option for seamless access to the platform without maintaining a separate password.
Modding Store
Do I need to be registered to upload mods?
Yes, to publish and manage mods, you must have an active THVAX account. Standard users have a dedicated laboratory for mod staging before publication.
Which file formats are supported?
We support .zip, .rar, .7z, .pak, and .dll formats. Maximum file size is 500 MB for guest uploads and up to 2 GB for registered premium members.
How long does the moderation process take?
Normally, mod submissions are reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours. You will receive an automated email notification once your mod goes live.
Video Studio
What are the video upload limits?
Registered users can upload videos up to 2 GB with permanent storage. Guest (anonymous) uploads are capped at 500 MB and are automatically deleted after 72 hours for security reasons.
Can I make my videos private?
Absolutely. In the Video Studio settings, you can toggle visibility between "Public", "Unlisted", or "Private". Private videos are only visible to you and will not appear in global searches.
